Freddie like's to know how things work. Whether it's a website or a washing machine, he'll pick it apart until the purpose of each piece becomes clear, then put it back together again. He spent seven years deconstructing the web, thousands of hours analyzing every POST and GET, from back-end to front-end and back again.
Freddie began his coding career in 2010 making a personal website for his music. Then a friend asked for one. Then another. After word spread, he met Jonathan who asked him to join Eat,Sleep,Work,.Inc as an associate front-end developer. 7 years later, he became the lead full-stack developer at ESW.

Alex Potash has over 15 years experience in software development, ranging from desktop to mobile, device firmware, E-commerce, big data analytics and machine learning. After double-majoring in English and Physics from Whittier College, Alex began his career as an Analytics Engineer at Palantir, a Peter Thiel funded "big data" company in Palo Alto. After two years in Silicon Valley, Alex moved to wine country in the heart of Napa Valley to oversee IT/operations at the largest direct-selling winery in the world, WineShop At Home. When the thrill of creating a custom inventory system with UPS/FedEx shipping integrations had faded, Alex sought further excitement at a smart irrigation system startup in Los Angeles called Cyber-Rain. Alex wrote firmware and worked closely with the mechanical/electrical engineers to create custom devices tailored to their patented Zigbee communication systems.
